What exactly do you build?
Mobile apps, web platforms and internal tools, AI agents and automation, payment and fintech systems, APIs and data pipelines, and the cloud infrastructure underneath all of it. If it is software a business depends on, it is in scope, and one team covers the whole of it rather than subcontracting the parts it does not do.
What does a project cost?
We quote a fixed price after the scoping call and write it down before anything starts. We do not publish a number here because a single-platform internal tool and a cross-border payments platform are not the same project. The call exists to tell you which one you actually have.
How long does it take?
A first production release usually lands six to twelve weeks after the scope is signed, depending on how many surfaces it has. You get a deployed build to try every two weeks along the way, so you are never guessing.
Is the AI work real, or a wrapper around a chatbot?
Real. Multi-agent systems, reusable agent skills, RAG over your own data, prompt orchestration, and the unglamorous half (guardrails, evals, output scoring and token optimisation) that decides whether any of it is safe to put in front of customers. Our founder built exactly this inside Zapier before building it here.
Who owns the code?
You do. The repository, the architecture documentation, the pipelines and the runbooks are yours, written as the work happens rather than reconstructed at handover. Cloud accounts and CI are ours to operate while we build; moving them to you is a conversation, not a fight.
Can you take over a project another team started?
Yes, and we do it often: legacy monoliths broken into services, crash-prone production apps stabilised, abandoned environments rebuilt. It starts with an audit: what the code actually does, what is safe to keep, what has to be rebuilt, and what each path costs.
What technologies do you use?
TypeScript throughout. React Native for mobile, React and Next.js for web, NestJS and PostgreSQL for backend services, Kafka, SQS and Elasticsearch where events and search matter, AWS with Terraform for infrastructure. We standardise on purpose: it is what lets a small senior team move quickly without inventing a new architecture every project.
Where are you based?
Engineering in Guadalajara, Mexico. Client-facing office in Miami, Florida. We work with companies and founders across the Americas and Europe.
